Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Flexographic Printing Press Operator and become a vital part of delivering high-quality printed labels and tags. In this role, you will operate and maintain flexographic printing presses, ensuring precise color reproduction, sharp typography, and print projects. Your expertise will help bring vibrant, eye-catching designs to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses to produce consistent, high-quality prints aligned with project specifications. Conduct tasks such as color management, layout adjustments, and ensuring accurate registration for optimal print results. Monitor print runs closely, performing quality control checks to detect color discrepancies, registration issues, or other defects. Adjust press controls in real-time to optimize print quality and minimize waste, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain detailed records of production runs, including job specifications, color matching data, and maintenance logs. Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams to ensure designs translate accurately onto printed materials . Support inventory management by handling raw materials like inks and substrates responsibly; operate forklifts safely for material handling when needed. Qualifications Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses within a manufacturing or print production environment. Strong knowledge of color management techniques and typography principles essential for high-quality print output. Familiarity with prepress processes including layout design. Ability to perform quality control inspections diligently and make precise adjustments during production runs. Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical issues on flexo presses and performing routine maintenance tasks.

From $23.00 per hour
