Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using screen printing techniques, ensuring precision and consistency across all projects. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life while maintaining efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Prepare screens, inks, and printing equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions. Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses with precision and efficiency. Conduct prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to meet project specifications. Monitor print runs for quality control, identifying and correcting issues promptly to prevent defects. Maintain detailed records of print jobs, ink formulations, and equipment maintenance logs. Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printing machinery and supplies. Requirements Experience in screen printing, but not required, we will train, including manual and automatic press operation. Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing artwork file, not required, we will train. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to print quality or equipment performance. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
