In this energetic role, you will operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality apparel, promotional items, and custom products. Responsibilities Set up and prepare screen printing presses, ensuring proper alignment and registration of designs Operate manual and automatic screen printing equipment efficiently to produce consistent, high-quality prints Manage prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and film preparation to ensure accurate color reproduction and image placement Maintain quality control by inspecting printed items for defects, color accuracy, and adherence to specifications Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery, including cleaning screens, changing inks, and troubleshooting technical issues Collaborate with graphic designers to review artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite and prepare them for production Assist with inventory management of inks, screens, and other supplies necessary for ongoing production Requirements Proven experience in screen printing or related manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of prepress procedures, color management, and layout design principles Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing artwork files Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting.
