Experienced Screen Printer
- Apparel Production Zome Design is looking for an experienced screen printer to join our production team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the screen printing process, takes pride in producing clean, consistent prints, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and running automatic screen printing presses, maintaining print quality throughout production runs, troubleshooting common print issues, and working as part of a team to complete high-quality orders on time. At Zome Design, we create some of the best custom apparel in the region, and we are looking for a skilled printer who is ready to contribute immediately while continuing to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses. Review work orders, artwork, screens, inks, garments, and production details before printing. Register jobs accurately and efficiently. Monitor print quality throughout production runs. Identify and troubleshoot issues with registration, ink coverage, curing, screen tension, placement, and overall print quality. Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Work closely with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently. Assist with press maintenance, cleaning, and organization. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Help train and support other production team members when needed. Stay current with screen printing methods, apparel trends, and industry best practices. Help us deliver high-quality apparel to our customers. Minimum Requirements Previous screen printing experience required. Experience operating automatic screen printing presses preferred. Strong understanding of registration, ink handling, garment placement, print quality, and production workflow. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-focused environment. Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they arise. Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with a production environment, including standing for extended periods, moving throughout the workspace, and lifting materials as needed. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Passion for apparel, printing, and quality production. Hours Monday through Thursday. We work slightly longer days, but our employees enjoy three-day weekends every week. We are seeking a full-time experienced screen printer scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay Pay range is $20.00
00 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.
