Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HP Digital Operator to support high-quality digital print production in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of digital printing equipment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality from job start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain digital presses including I-Gen, Docutech, HP Indigo, and OCE 4-color roll-fed presses Set up and run multiple machines independently Perform quality control checks to ensure error-free output Manage print requests and monitor jobs through completion Collect and inspect samples during print runs and make necessary adjustments Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend corrections Maintain, change, and replace press belts, rollers, and consumables Order and manage printing supplies Ensure proper equipment maintenance and safe operation Interact effectively with team members and management Use basic Windows systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Requirements:

Ability to manage jobs from start to finish Ability to lift 10 lb reams of paper Experience with Docutech, I-Gen, HP Indigo 7000, or OCE roll-fed presses Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with Xerox FreeFlow and ACT training Fluency in written and spoken

English Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
