Responsibilities:

Press Operation:

Direct the setup and operation of high-speed web offset printing presses.

Setup & Make-Ready:

Lead "make-ready" tasks, including hanging plates, threading the web, and adjusting folders.

Material Management:

Oversee the loading of large paper rolls and ensure a consistent supply of ink, solvents, and consumables.

Quality Assurance:

Constantly monitor the printed product for defects such as color shifts, smudging, or alignment issues to ensure high-quality standards.

Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine cleaning of rollers and equipment while strictly adhering to all PPE and safety requirements.

Production Flow:

Manage the efficient removal, stacking, and bundling of finished products for the bindery or shipping departments.

Working hours:

8:00 PM - 6:00

AM Skills:

Detail:

Exceptional focus on color consistency and identifying print defects.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or printing environment
