Printing Machine Operator- Gluer Operator Richmond,IN 47374

Multilple Shifts:

1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift $22.00-$24.00 per Hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Gluer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating folder-gluer equipment to produce high-quality packaging and display products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate folder-gluer machinery Monitor production runs and make machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Complete production and quality control documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications Previous folder-gluer, packaging machine, or related equipment experience preferred Manufacturing experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift Why Apply?
