What started as a small screen printing company has grown into a multi-million-dollar operation serving customers across Canada and the United States. As we continue expanding, we're excited to open our new Kansas City production facility , and we're looking for great people who want to help build something special. This isn't just another printing job. You'll be joining our founding Kansas City team and helping shape a brand-new production facility from the ground up. As we grow, there will be opportunities to advance into Lead Operator, Production Lead, Supervisor, and Management roles. What You'll Do Operate automatic screen printing presses safely and efficiently Set up and tear down print jobs Register artwork and ensure accurate color alignment Monitor print quality throughout production runs Mix inks and maintain ink consistency Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning Troubleshoot print issues and make adjustments as needed Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards Work closely with embroidery, shipping, and production teams Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor What We're Looking For Previous experience operating an automatic screen printing press preferred Experience with M&R or ROQ equipment is an asset (but not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn and improve every day Why Join Coastal Reign?
