We are entering an aggressive growth phase focused on scaling in-house production capacity and operational excellence. We are building a high-performance team that delivers quality, speed, and reliability at volume. The Role We are hiring a hands-on Production Manager to own the screen printing and embroidery operations end-to-end. This is not a desk job — it is a leadership position responsible for daily output, quality, team development, equipment performance, and process discipline. You will play a direct role in increasing throughput while maintaining the standards that protect our reputation and margins. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all daily production activities for screen printing and embroidery, ensuring jobs are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest quality level. Supervise, train, coach, and hold accountable production staff; build a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement. Plan and optimize workflow, job scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize daily output and eliminate bottlenecks. Maintain, troubleshoot, and drive uptime on screen printing presses, embroidery machines, dryers, and supporting equipment. Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes including color matching, registration, and finishing standards. Manage inventory of blanks, inks, threads, and consumables; control waste and material costs. Partner with sales, design, and fulfillment teams to align production capacity with customer demand and deadlines. Track and report key metrics (daily output, on-time delivery, scrap/rework rates, efficiency) and take corrective action when targets are missed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor at all times. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on screen printing production experience with substantial, demonstrated embroidery production experience. Prior supervisory, lead, or production management experience in a screen printing, embroidery, or apparel decoration environment. Strong technical knowledge of screen printing processes, multi-color registration, ink systems, setup, and troubleshooting. Proven ability to operate and maintain commercial embroidery equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills — you have trained people, improved performance, and held teams accountable. Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities under deadline pressure. Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work alongside the team when necessary. Basic computer skills for scheduling, tracking, and inventory management. Preferred (Not Required) Sign production experience (vinyl, banners, large-format, or related) is a plus. Experience in higher-volume environments (hundreds of garments per day). Familiarity with additional decoration methods such as DTG. Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and proven results. Performance incentives available based on production output, efficiency gains, quality metrics, and on-time delivery. Growth opportunity exists as the operation scales.
