We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our printing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and meeting deadlines. This will be for 2nd shift ( M-F 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (M-F 11pm-7am). Key Responsibilities Set up and operate offset printing presses, including 2-color and 4-color presses.
Monitor press operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of printing presses to ensure optimal performance.
Manage plate registration and ink fountain adjustments for precise printing results.
Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments as required.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs and effective workflow. Qualifications 1+ years experience as an Offset Press Operator or similar role.
Knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment, (Ryobi 520 a plus
- not required).
Familiarity with 2-color and 4-color printing techniques a plus.
Ability to perform maintenance and lubrication on printing equipment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Open to training on 1st shift until fully trained. Benefits Competitive compensation
