Baltimore, MD About the opportunity We specialize in short-run book production, and business is moving fast. We need a press operator who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and can keep quality consistent across every run. Both day and evening shifts are available, making this a strong fit for an experienced operator looking for flexible part-time work. What youll do

• Operate and maintain the Konica Minolta 7136 digital press
• Manage job setup, calibration, and output quality for short-run book orders
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks throughout production runs
• Support binding and finishing operations as needed
• Work closely with the production team to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment What were looking for
• Hands-on experience with the Konica Minolta 7136
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent output quality
• Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality Preferred qualifications
• Experience with digital color printing is a definite plus
• Binding and finishing experience is highly desirable (perfect bind, saddle stitch, guillotine cutting, etc.)
• Background in book or publication print production
