Pay Range:

$23-$25 per hour (based on experience) Overview National Ink & Stitch is seeking a dependable and skilled Lead Screen Print Operator to support daily screen printing operations. This hands-on, production-focused position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in their craft, works well within a team, and contributes to maintaining an efficient and organized production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate automatic screen-printing presses, including setup, breakdown, and adjustments Ensure print quality, registration, ink coverage, and consistency meet company standards Perform basic press maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Follow production schedules and complete assigned jobs efficiently and accurately Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow Assist with training new employees on equipment and basic processes as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate production issues or delays to management promptly Required Qualifications Proven screen printing experience Experience operating automatic presses preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow established processes and meet production deadlines Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented work ethic Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience assisting with training or mentoring team members Basic understanding of artwork setup or prepress processes Ideal Candidate Reliable and consistent performer with a strong sense of pride in their work Produces high-quality, consistent results under production timelines Positive, solution-oriented attitude Eager to learn and grow within the role What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($23-$25/hr) Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement into leadership roles
