Offset Printing Press Operator

We are looking for Offset Printing Press Operators to join our team in Sturgis, Michigan. We are looking to fill positions on all three of our shifts! Responsibilities Comply with all company safety rules and workplace conduct requirements Set up and run an offset printing press Perform routine press maintenance Monitor the entire printing process to ensure print quality Assist in training other individuals and team members when required Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Perform other job duties as assigned including, but not limited to, cleaning rollers, pumps, anilox rolls, handling and properly labeling ink wastes Qualifications/Skills Required High School Diploma or GED required Applicants should have prior offset printing experience, including knowledge of plate mounting, ink / color matching, foil stamping, die cutting Possess excellent computer skills Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds continuously with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift Must have good color vision Must have good mathematical skills Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and meet quality standards Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits Must be able to work with and around inks, solvents, and other chemicals Willingness to work overtime when needed, including weekends Ability to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction About Us Max Solutions, Inc. provides value added solutions for customers in the healthcare and consumer industries using the latest in technology and equipment.
