As a Litho Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. • This is a Weekend Shift, running Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.
• Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses.

We have a KBA 105 and 106, 6 and 7 color 40" presses. Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of printed materials. Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus. Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
