Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team and help produce high-quality labels and packaging for leading consumer products. We're looking for an experienced Press Lead who takes pride in quality, leadership, and continuous improvement. Experience with cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes is highly valued. Compensation is reflective of experience and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output. Shift Wednesday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 5:15 AM 36.75 hours/week Shift differential paid in addition to hourly wage Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Lead press operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals Troubleshoot and support press performance mechanically and operationally Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality products Support lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality standards Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications 5+ years of flexographic printing experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead, communicate, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Short- and long-term disability coverage Life insurance and additional benefits Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
