•Smyth is hiring a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our growing team at our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to work a compressed 3-day schedule while producing high-quality labels and packaging. Schedule Monday-Wednesday | 5:00 AM - 5:15 PM 12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week) Overtime available (paid after 40 hours) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Career growth opportunities What You'll Do Set up and operate a Nilpeter flexographic press Produce high-quality labels while meeting production and quality standards Monitor and reduce material waste Ensure press is fully stocked and running efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude 2+ years of printing or press operation experience

Preferred:
