Screen Printing Operator:

• Operate and set up screen printing machines, ensuring proper alignment and color application
• Prepare and mix inks according to job specifications
• Load and position garments onto printing pallets accurately
• Inspect finished garments and correct quality issues as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficient production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including screens and equipment What You Need to Bring to the

Screen Printing Operator Role:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• No experience required — entry-level candidates welcome (paid training provided)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail, including ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
