We're looking for a Print Shop Manager to lead production and keep jobs running smoothly. What You'll Do Oversee daily shop operations and production schedule Supervise and support press operators and production staff Enforce quality control standards on every job Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and misprints Communicate with office staff on timelines and order status Maintain shop organization, equipment, and safety What We're Looking For Extensive screen-printing experience across all areas of the shop (required) Leadership or supervisory experience (required) Deep technical knowledge of press setups, inks, and curing — enough to direct and troubleshoot production without running press yourself Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver Able to manage a fast-paced production floor Experience operating a M&R Sportsman screen print press Schedule Full-time | 40-50 hrs/week Apply today by sending your resume to
