Job Description
We are looking for individuals who have experience with screen printing, or would like to learn. We need a Gopher. A GoTo person, someone who can help where it's needed in production. You'd assist in our printing process. Setting up the screen printing presses, tearing down, mixing ink, catching shirts, packing orders, counting in orders, tearing down, quality control, or everything in between. You'd do it all to help make all processes run smoothly. We run all new M&R automatic screen printing machines. Touch panel, ac heads/servo index. We run brand new Tajima TMAR 8 head embroidery machines. We don't run any loud, old, worn out junk here. Our operators work with the best to make their life easier.
- Recommended you have two years of past experience being a screen printer or embroidery operator. If not we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- We are adding Full Time team members, or part time team members
- Fast paced work environment, we really don't do anything slow around here. Look up at the clock and the end of the day has already come.
- Air Conditioned! Most shops do not have AC!
- We are a larger company, but still family based. Started in 1989. We are down to a crew of 7 people currently. Must be a hard worker, have a good attitude, and have a sense of humor.
