Wright Printing is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team as a Screen Printing Press Operator . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Screen printing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Be Doing As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in producing custom apparel for schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, and organizations throughout our area.

Responsibilities may include:

Setting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing equipment Printing single-color and multi-color apparel orders Mixing inks and assisting with color matching Adjusting dryer settings based on garment and ink requirements Following work orders and production schedules Inspecting printed garments to ensure quality standards are met Cleaning screens, equipment, and work areas Assisting with screen preparation, coating, exposure, and reclaiming Working with team members to meet production deadlines What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoys hands-on work and staying active throughout the day Pays close attention to detail and quality Works well independently and as part of a team Can follow written and verbal instructions Communicates effectively with coworkers and management Is dependable and punctual Can stand all day and lift up to 50lbs.
