You'll operate our state-of-the-art screen printing equipment, ensuring every print is perfect and our clients are thrilled with the results.

• Qualifications
• No experience needed. We will train the right person. (Experience is a plus)
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality prints.
• Strong understanding of color theory and ink properties. (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on the fly.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, stand, and lift heavy materials.
• Responsibilities
• Mix and prepare inks to match exact color specifications, ensuring vibrant and consistent prints.
• Coating/burning, cleaning, and reclaiming screens.
• Set up and operate the screen printing press, including loading screens, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting any issues.
• Collaborate with our design team to understand project requirements and provide input on the best printing techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on the presses and related equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
• Neatly pack finished jobs into packaging to be sent to our shipping department.
• Manage time and workflow effectively to meet production deadlines.
• Teammates must contribute to the cleanliness of the shop and perform other duties in other departments as needed and assigned.
