Role Description The Flexo Graphic Press Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This full-time role would be for 2nd shift. It will involves completing production runs, performing quality checks, troubleshooting printing issues, and ensuring efficient operation of printing equipment. The role is based on-site at CCL Label's facility in Raleigh, NC. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and Printing with a strong understanding of press setup and operation processes. Experience with Quality Control procedures, ensuring that all materials meet production standards and client specifications. Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment during production runs. Knowledge of Pre-press processes, such as plate preparation and material alignment for seamless print production. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production demands. Previous experience in flexographic printing is highly preferred.
