We work with some of North America's most exciting lifestyle brands and retailers by delivering quality, innovative products. This is a chance to join us at the ground level and learn valuable skills in one of the most creative parts of the apparel industry. About the Role As a Screen Printing Production Associate , you'll work as part of a high-performance print team to help set up and run automatic screen printing presses. You'll assist with loading and unloading garments, inspecting prints for quality, and keeping production moving smoothly. While experience is appreciated, no prior experience is needed — just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work on your feet. What You'll Do Assist in setting up screen printing presses Load and unload garments onto press pallets Inspect prints for quality (color, placement, defects) Catch, stack, and fold garments for finishing Follow all safety protocols and SOPs What We're Looking For Screen printing experience is required.
