Flexo Press Operator - Second Shift

We are seeking a qualified Flexo Press Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and operate our printing press. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Review job orders to make necessary adjustments to the printing machine.
• Install components and supplies, such as ink rollers and printing plates, according to job specifications.
• Test inks and paints on the printing surface to ensure their suitability.
• Oversee the production of printed materials, including the printing and racking processes, to ensure they meet specifications and are completed on schedule.
• Perform maintenance tasks on the printing machine.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, including addressing abnormal noises.
• Clean the printing press and its peripherals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience operating a flexo press preferred
• Proficient in reading and understanding English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
