Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Digital Print Operator, where you'll be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed materials using advanced digital printing technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ensuring that every project meets precise standards of color accuracy, layout, and overall quality. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you'll contribute to delivering visually compelling print advertising, signage, and custom graphics that captivate audiences and elevate brands. Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency, consistency, and excellence across all digital print productions. Responsibilities Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output for each job. Prepare digital files by conducting prepress checks, including color management and layout adjustments to meet project specifications. Collaborate with design teams to review proofs and make necessary adjustments before printing. Monitor printing processes for quality control, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to color accuracy, registration, or machine performance. Set up and calibrate printers for different media types, including banners, posters, labels, and other custom print materials. Maintain detailed production logs and documentation for each job to ensure traceability and accountability. Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Requirements Proven experience with digital printing technologies and equipment operation in a manufacturing or commercial print environment. Strong knowledge of color management techniques to ensure consistent color reproduction across projects. Familiarity with prepress processes including file preparation, layout design, typography, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic understanding of screen printing, flexo press operations or CNC machinery is a plus. Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow detailed instructions accurately. Knowledge of quality control standards for printed materials and the ability to identify defects early in the production process.
