In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using various screen printing techniques. Your expertise will ensure that each print meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, clarity, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and creativity come together to bring designs to life on a variety of substrates. Duties Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration, ink consistency, and alignment for each job Prepare screens by cleaning, coating, and exposing them with artwork using prepress techniques and digital files Manage color matching and color management processes to achieve precise hues and shades in printed outputs Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, mesh tension, or substrate compatibility to maintain quality standards Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to detect defects or inconsistencies Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs; operate CNC machinery as needed for custom parts or fixtures Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams to review layouts, typography, and layout design before printing Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing within a manufacturing or print shop environment Strong knowledge of prepress processes including digital file preparation and exposure techniques Proficiency in color management and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for artwork review and adjustments Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and layout design for print applications Ability to operate flexo presses, CNC machines, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of quality control standards specific to print advertising and promotional materials Excellent troubleshooting skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent print quality Join us in creating vibrant visuals that captivate audiences!
