Screen Print Swing Supervisor Silver Screen Printing & Embroidery - 2.8 Reno, NV Job Details Full-time $22.00 - $27.50 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Shift management Continuous improvement Attention to detail Production planning Quality improvement Full Job Description Job Overview Position Summary Silverscreen is seeking a hands-on Swing Shift Production Supervisor to lead our evening production team. This position is responsible for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe, productive, and accountable work environment. The ideal candidate has strong screen-printing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities are based on common screen-print production leadership roles, including scheduling, quality control, team supervision, equipment oversight, and workflow management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead all swing shift production personnel. Ensure production schedules are met and customer deadlines are achieved. Monitor print quality, registration, ink consistency, curing, and overall production standards. Train, coach, and develop press operators, catchers, and support staff. Troubleshoot printing, equipment, and workflow issues as they arise. Coordinate with management to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist with press setup, tear-down, screen preparation, and production when necessary. Track production metrics, waste, spoilage, and reprints. Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment and work areas. Maintain shift communication logs and provide detailed handoffs to management and incoming shifts. Qualifications 3+ years of screen-printing experience. Prior leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automatic and manual screen-printing processes. Ability to troubleshoot registration, ink, screen, and equipment issues. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
