• 4:00 PM (Overtime available when workflow permits) Position Overview TM Design of Rochester is seeking an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses in a fast-paced production environment. We are a small, team-focused company with over 30 years in the t-shirt printing industry , offering long-term growth opportunities for motivated individuals. Responsibilities Operate and maintain manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses Produce high-quality garment prints with attention to detail Maintain clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet production goals Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements Prior experience in garment screen printing required (manual or automatic press) Reliable with consistent attendance (40 hours/week minimum) Able to work overtime as needed Self-motivated and results-driven Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits Health Insurance (after 2 months): TM Design pays 50% of your premium (Excellus BCBS ACA-approved silver HD plan)
