Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work and takes pride in producing high-quality printed materials. In this role, you will prepare files, operate digital printing equipment, and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll work closely with team members to maintain quality standards and keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who works well with others and takes pride in both production quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up and operate digital presses and finishing equipment Interpret job tickets and follow production specifications Prepare files for print and ensure accuracy before production Perform color calibration and quality checks Load media, monitor print jobs, and maintain consistency throughout production Operate finishing equipment, including cutting, folding, binding, and laminating Maintain equipment and keep production areas clean and organized Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects Follow safety and quality control procedures Qualifications Strong computer skills preferred, Microsoft Office experience a plus Knowledge of digital printing equipment and production workflows required Knowledge of color management (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Printing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
