Job Title:

Experienced Press Operator Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to manage and operate printing press equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production output, maintain equipment efficiency, and troubleshoot technical issues while adhering to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications Perform routine quality checks to ensure output meets required standards Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues during production Maintain a safe and clean working environment Meet production deadlines and efficiency targets

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in flexographic (flexo) press operation and printing processes Strong understanding of quality control procedures Ability to identify and resolve technical or mechanical issues Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the printing or packaging industry Technical certifications related to printing or machinery (a plus)

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Pay:

$24.39 - $30.37 per hour
