$23 - $28 per hour About the Role We are looking for an Experienced Press Operator with hands-on experience in flexographic (flexo) printing to join our team. This role involves operating press equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor press machines to produce high-quality printed materials Set up and adjust equipment based on job requirements Perform quality checks to ensure production standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or print issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet production targets and deadlines Requirements Experience operating flexographic (flexo) press machines Strong understanding of print quality and production processes Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/technical issues Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment High attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or GED required Nice to Have Experience in printing or packaging industry Technical certifications related to printing/machinery
