PaidRequirements 2+ years of experience operating wide web flexographic presses Direct experience with 10-color UTECO and/or PCMC presses Strong knowledge of registration, color control, tension control, and print quality Experience with film and flexible packaging substrates preferred Ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot press equipment independently Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and follow job tickets and production specifications Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed Experience and understanding of solvent-based inks and various film substrates Paid training provided. Growth opportunities available. Candidate will work 2nd shift, 12-hour shifts.
