If you live and breathe screens, registration, and production precision — we want you on our team. You'll be the maestro of the press, ensuring large orders are produced on time, on spec, and with absolute pride.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain M&R Sportsman automatic screen printing press Execute multi-color, high-volume print runs with speed, consistency, and accuracy Register screens manually and troubleshoot off-contact or misalignment issues Monitor ink flow, squeegee pressure, and dryer temps for optimal print quality Lead or assist in setups, tear-downs, and changeovers between jobs Work with water-based, plastisol, and specialty inks Perform daily maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration of equipment Collaborate with production team and art department to meet deadlines and client specs Assist in training or mentoring junior press assistants or catchers Keep a steady flow and positive rhythm in the print room - from first pull to final pallet

Requirements:

2+ years experience running M&R Sportsman or similar automatic press Strong understanding of screen printing processes, ink types, and press dynamics Ability to read job tickets and understand color separation layers Skilled in registration, off-contact adjustment, and print consistency Can handle 75-500+ piece runs with speed and accuracy Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced shop Attention to detail, pride in craft, and a team-first attitude
