Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper alignment and registration for consistent results Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, maintaining color accuracy and quality control standards Manage prepress processes, including layout design, typography adjustments, and color management. Monitor printing processes to detect and resolve issues promptly, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency Conduct quality inspections throughout production to ensure prints meet visual standards and client expectations Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. Assist with inventory management of inks, screens, and printing supplies to ensure smooth workflow continuity Requirements Proven experience in screen printing techniques within a manufacturing or print shop environment Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including layout design, typography, and color management. Familiarity with M&R presses. Understanding of quality control procedures to ensure high standards in print advertising products Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting printing equipment and performing minor repairs Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in layout design and print consistency Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions.
