Automatic Screen Printer

Logowear House is a mid-size screen printing and embroidery company, seeking a full-time automatic silk screen printing operator to join our current team of manual and auto printers in Broomall, PA. You will be responsible for printing a variety of apparel, maintaining machines and keeping a daily production schedule. You will work directly with production management and report to the shop manager. The position requires attention to detail, pride in work performance and the ability to work in a team environment. We seek a person who can self-start, self-manage, and work with integrity. There is also opportunity for growth within the company. The position is full-time and hours are Mon.-Fri. 7:30 am-4:00 pm.

Job Functions:

Screen Printing Set up of single and multi-color projects Spot check production for quality control Counting in orders and boxing up finished products Reviewing screens for errors or omissions Reporting to shop supervisor

Skills/Abilities:

Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment Drive and confidence to take on new responsibilities. Must be proactive and willing to accomplish tasks with little oversight. Self-starter attitude capable of owning important responsibilities and seeing them through to completion. Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, and to be accountable for meeting deadlines.

Experience:
