Screen Printing Press Operator

Overview Print Natural is Planet Earth's #1 provider of sustainable custom printed apparel. We exclusively print with organic water-based inks, natural pigments, and recycled carbon from purified sewage sludge. We're looking for a reliable person to collaborate in running our big beautiful ROQ automatic screen printing press. Duties Set up and register screens for various print jobs with precision and attention to detail. Monitor print quality throughout production to ensure consistency and accuracy. Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary press adjustments. Load and unload garments efficiently while maintaining consistency and accuracy. Follow all workplace safety procedures and company standards. Assist with other shop duties as needed. Requirements Experience operating an automatic screen printing press or lots of experience with manual screen printing. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance. Work Environment We operate in a 1920's warehouse in Bridesburg with huge windows and two 14' garage doors that we keep open all of the warmer months but also have AC for the hot days. We don't use the toxic chemicals traditionally associated with screen printing (no spray adhesive, screen opener, ink thinner, etc.) so it's a much better work environment than most screen printing shops. Schedule We generally ascribe to a 'work-to-live' not 'live-to-work' mentality. What this means is we focus completing the various jobs for the day as efficiently and effectively as possible and then leave for the day. Arrival and departure times are somewhat flexible as long as it aligns with the production schedule and work flow. Compensation/Benefits Hourly pay is based on experience and skill level with opportunities for advancement. Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
