We are a family owned and operated company specializing in Screen Printing and Embroidery. Embroidery Factory has been in business since 1986 and has become a well respected company in the Northeast and the communities we serve. Since we are NOT a large corporation, we do not have all the rules and regulations that large companies have to abide by. We can be flexible as long as you are a proven value to this company. We are a decorating company as well as a clothing/sporting goods dealer with a solid reputation for quality, delivery and community support. We are looking for ONE dependable person to work in our Screen Printing department. You would be printing T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatpants and much more. If you have any kind of printing experience, it is helpful but not necessarily a prerequisite. Must have good eyesight, steady hands and an eye for detail. Because this job requires you to be on your feet all day, you should be in good health and have a strong back along with comfortable shoes. Work attire is whatever you are comfortable in but comfortable shoes are a MUST!! Our most popular shift starts promptly at 8 am to 5 pm. We have two 10 minute paid breaks at 10 am and 3 pm. You will have a 1 hour lunch off the clock to get away, rest, run errands, go home for lunch, etc. We are looking for quality people with morals and who believe in doing the right thing no matter what. We are NOT looking for those who just want a job to get by until the next big thing comes along. We believe it is our staff who make this company run and everyone needs to be a team player so you may be asked to help in areas you were not hired for. We are flexible with family and time off as long as the workload allows it. We understand appointments, family matters and other things come up that require some time off. Given at least 2 weeks notice, we can usually accommodate most requests within reason. This is one of our biggest benefits to working with a small family owned and operated business. We have a total of 24 staff at this location and compensation is based purely on performance.
