Full Job Description Job Opportunity:

Experienced Screen Printer (Specialty Graphics) Are you a detail-oriented printer who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Screen Printer with a background in screen/ pad/ offset printing to join our first-shift production team. If you have a "get it done" attitude and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you. We specifically value candidates who have mastered the art of printing on challenging surfaces, particularly round/cylindrical plastic parts.

Key Responsibilities Set Up & Operation:

Prepare, adjust, and operate screen printing and/or offset equipment to meet high-quality production standards.

Specialty Printing:

Execute precise prints on various substrates, with a heavy focus on curved and cylindrical plastic components.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure color accuracy, registration, and ink adhesion.

Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and screens to minimize downtime.

Efficiency:

Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets while minimizing waste.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of professional screen printing experience.

Technical Skill:

Proven experience with screen and/or offset printing processes is highly preferred.

Niche Expertise:

Prior experience printing on round or 3D plastic parts is a significant advantage. Other Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive for first-shift hours.

Personal Attributes:

High energy, a strong work ethic, and a "quality-first" mindset. Previous hands-on experience in print production is preferred, specifically pad and/ or screen printing, with a strong emphasis on set-up and troubleshooting. Ability to set up and operate a variety of printing machines with precision and accuracy. Understanding of ink mixing, screen / plate preparation, and color matching techniques, PLC operation. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or graphics and specifications, read purchase orders, with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
