Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Press Operators for a growing printing facility in Warwick, RI. Candidates must have experience operating Komori or Heidelberg presses and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for setting up and operating multicolor printing presses while maintaining quality, efficiency, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Komori or Heidelberg printing presses Monitor press performance and adjust settings to maintain print quality Review job orders, printing specifications, and production requirements Enter job completion details into the OMS visual system Coordinate daily responsibilities with press crew and feeder operators Perform quality checks and color management throughout production Clean ink fountains and complete line clearance procedures during changeovers Grease and lubricate machinery according to maintenance schedules Prepare presses for shift change and ensure smooth production transitions Complete required production and quality documentation Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues as needed Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous printing press operator experience required Experience with Komori or Heidelberg presses is required High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass
