Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing Operator who is skilled in both manual and automatic screen printing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to produce high-quality prints in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up, register, and operate manual and automatic screen printing presses Mix inks and match colors accurately based on job specifications Prepare screens, including coating, exposing, reclaiming, and cleaning Inspect garments for quality control throughout production Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Troubleshoot printing issues such as registration, ink flow, and curing problems
Requirements:
Prior experience with both manual and automatic screen printing presses Strong understanding of screen printing processes from start to finish Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Attention to detail and strong color accuracy skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable and punctual work history
Preferred :
Experience with multi-color and high-volume production jobs Familiarity with screen reclaiming and press maintenance
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
