Training Duration:
12 weeks)
Starting Pay:

Role:
BridgeWorks Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Press Department for the B shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing processes, producing high-quality printed materials that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities:
Review job orders to adjust the printing machine settings accurately. Install parts and supplies such as ink rollers, screens, printing plates, and stencils based on job specifications and blueprints. Test inks and paints on the printing surface to ensure suitability. Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring quality and timeliness in the printing and racking process. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks on the printing machine. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the printing press and peripherals. Troubleshooting equipment issues such as creaking noises, etc. Cleaning the printing press and peripherals In-depth understanding of basic printing technologies Excellent physical strength and stamina Excellent time-management skills Strong interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail
Requirements:
