Flexographic Printing Press Operator

Recruiting Solutions is seeking experienced Flexographic Printing Press Operators for a well-established manufacturing facility. Prior flexographic printing experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled press operators looking for competitive pay and long-term stability.

$20.00-$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses Verify paper, ink, and printing plates for each production run Install printing plates and prepare ink systems Adjust doctor blade assemblies and anilox rolls as needed Operate press, embosser, sheeter, and slitter knives Monitor and adjust ink viscosity Maintain required product length, width, and print color specifications Inspect finished products for quality and defects Complete production logs and quality control documentation Follow production schedules and customer order instructions Communicate equipment malfunctions promptly Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have previous flexographic printing press experience Ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout shift Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating A or B shift schedule Basic math skills including measurements and calculations Ability to read gauges and perform weight measurements Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, scrapers, screwdrivers, tape measures, and micrometers High School Diploma or GED required Qualified candidates with flexographic printing experience are encouraged to apply today.
