Machine Operator - Printing and Converting Brown Paper Products 28 USD United States, Texas, Coppell 1125 Gate View Boulevard (Show on map) May 26, 2026
TITLE:
Sr. Flexographic and Converting Operators
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Set up, troubleshoot, and maintaining flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging. All new machinery. Clean work environment. Air conditioning. First and second shift hours - Monday - Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery. Experience required with large rolls of paper or plastic. Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc. Good verbal and written skills required. Basic Math required. Maintain a safe working environment on production lines. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery. Monitor and keep machine supplied with paper, glue, and ink. Inspect product to ensure materials, size, print, quantities. Keep the work area clean.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE. Fast-paced production floor with exposure to machinery noise.
TRAINING
Must complete ongoing training as required.
