  • to join our production team on the night shift.
This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality printed products while maintaining efficiency, color accuracy, and press performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ## Schedule Night Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Full-time position with overtime opportunities ## Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Paid time off Advancement opportunities within production operations ## Responsibilities Operate and monitor web offset printing presses to produce high-quality print products Set up and adjust press equipment, including color settings, layout alignment, and machine parameters Maintain color consistency and print quality throughout production runs Troubleshoot press and registration issues related to color fidelity and mechanical performance Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks Follow all safety procedures and production standards Work closely with production and support teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations ## Qualifications Previous experience operating large-format web offset printing presses preferred Experience with GOSS Community or similar press equipment preferred Strong understanding of print quality control and color management Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Leadership experience or the ability to assist/train team members is a plus ## About the Role This role is ideal for a skilled press operator who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
