  • to join our production team on the night shift.
This position supports the operation of web offset printing presses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ## Schedule Night Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Full-time with overtime opportunities ## Pay $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits available ## Responsibilities Assist with setup and operation of web offset printing presses Load and monitor paper rolls during production runs Maintain material flow to the press Support press operators and production staff Follow safety and quality procedures Keep work area clean and organized ## Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Roll Tender or 2nd Pressman preferred Ability to operate an Auto Web Splicer preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift production materials as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred ## Benefits Full-time stable employment Overtime opportunities Health and company benefits package Opportunity for advancement within production operations If you are dependable, safety-minded, and interested in a career in printing and manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
