Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate offset printing presses and related equipment Review job orders, work instructions, and specifications prior to production Load paper, inks, plates, and other materials as required Ensure accurate color matching, registration, and print quality Monitor press performance during operation and make adjustments as needed Inspect printed materials to meet quality control standards Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of press equipment Record production data, job progress, and material usage Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with production supervisors, bindery staff, and quality control personnel Meet production deadlines while minimizing waste and downtime
