POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of the Press Feeder position is to assure that the press feed section operates consistently with appropriate substrate in the press during printing operations.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Stage appropriate substrate at press Operate feeder section of press; load press sheets into feeder for consistent press run Check inks as directed by press crew or Press Room Manager Assist Jogger Operator as directed by press crew or Press Room Manager Participate in on-the-job cross training for 2nd Pressman position Participate in cleaning and maintenance or printing press Perform general housekeeping activities in Press Room Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent GED Entry Level Press Room position
