Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the printing process. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life, supporting various print advertising projects, packaging, and promotional materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Operate and maintain a Minolta Printing press Prepare printing equipment by setting up screens, adjusting color management systems, and calibrating machines for optimal output. Conduct prepress tasks such as layout design, typography adjustments, and color correction using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools. Monitor print jobs for quality control, inspecting for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall print integrity. Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Manage inventory of printing supplies, including inks, substrates, and other materials necessary for production. Collaborate with the design team to review proofs and make adjustments to meet client specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in the printing industry Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management techniques, and layout design principles. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing print files. Excellent attention to detail for quality control inspections and troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow.
