Pay:

$20-$25/hour depending on experience and skill level. We pay for experience, so if you have 10+ years experience apply now and let's talk.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years total screen printing experience preferred At least 3 years on an automatic press Experience troubleshooting print quality issues Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses Inspect work orders and maintain print quality Perform machine cleaning and maintenance Assist in screen department operations as needed Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Work variable weekday hours with occasional peak-season weekends
