Yes Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Sheet-Fed Offset Press Operator to run KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, or similar offset printing presses in a high-quality production environment.
Schedule:
  • Night Shift (7pm-7am)
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
  • Average 40 Hours Per Week
KBA/Heidelberg Printing Press Operator Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain sheet-fed offset printing presses.
  • Perform make-readies and press setups.
  • Monitor color quality, registration, and print standards.
  • Troubleshoot press and production issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Minimize downtime and material waste.
  • Meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience operating KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, Ryobi, Mitsubishi, Manroland, or similar sheet-fed offset presses.
  • Knowledge of make-readies, color management, registration, and print quality.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read production specifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented and quality-focused.
